Block 4: Chain Gang - Full Verbal Description

Flyer 1:
  1. Upright position, faced off with #3.
  2. Once formation is completely and correctly built, cartwheel (either direction) to a head down position.
  3. Pick up a left hand grip on the left foot of #4 and a right hand grip on the right foot of #2.
Flyer 2:
  1. Head down position, left hand grip on the left foot of #1 and a right hand grip on the right foot of #3.
  2. Release all grips then cartwheel (either direction) to a head up position.
  3. Upright position, faced off with #4.
Flyer 3:
  1. Upright position, faced off with #1.
  2. Once formation is completely and correctly built, cartwheel (either direction) to a head down position.
  3. Pick up a left hand grip on the left foot of #2 and a right hand grip on the right foot of #4.
Flyer 4:
  1. Head down position, left hand grip on the left foot of #3 and a right hand grip on the right foot of #1.
  2. Release all grips then cartwheel (either direction) to a head up position.
  3. Upright position, faced off with #2.
